Data Deletion Instructions

LAKSIDDH SYSTEMS LLP respects requests to delete personal information where deletion is required or permitted under applicable law.
This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information associated with your LAKSIDDH account or interactions with our services.
1. How to Request Deletion

2. Information to Include
To help us locate the correct information, include:
- Your full name.
- Email address associated with the account or service.
- Business or organization name, if applicable.
- The LAKSIDDH service involved.
- A description of the information you want deleted.
- Any relevant account or service identifier that you can safely provide.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API secrets, payment card numbers or other sensitive credentials in your deletion request.
3. Verification
We may need to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before deleting information.
This is intended to prevent unauthorized persons from requesting deletion of another person's account or data.
4. What Happens After a Request
After receiving a valid request, we will review the request, verify it where necessary, identify the relevant information and determine what can be deleted under applicable law and contractual requirements.
Where deletion is appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the applicable information from active systems.
5. Information That May Need to Be Retained
Deletion may not be absolute where information must be retained for legitimate or legally required purposes.
Examples may include:
- Tax, accounting or financial records.
- Records required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Information required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Security, fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention records.
- Records necessary to complete an active contractual obligation.
- Information maintained by third-party providers under their applicable retention policies.
6. Backup Systems
Information may temporarily remain in encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems after deletion from active systems.
Such information will be subject to applicable retention, security and backup lifecycle controls and will normally be removed or overwritten according to the applicable backup retention cycle.
7. Third-Party Services
LAKSIDDH may use third-party service providers to provide infrastructure, email, payment, domain, communication, hosting or other services.
Where information has been processed by a third-party provider, deletion may also be subject to that provider's systems, retention policies, contractual obligations and applicable law.
Where appropriate, LAKSIDDH may submit or facilitate a deletion request to a relevant service provider.
8. Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp Related Data
If you interacted with a LAKSIDDH application or service through Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you may submit a data deletion request using the process on this page.
LAKSIDDH will review the request and delete or de-identify information under its control where required and legally permitted.
Information maintained directly by Meta or another third-party platform may be subject to that platform's own privacy policy and deletion mechanisms.
9. Email and AWS SES Related Data
Where email infrastructure is provided through Amazon Simple Email Service or another third-party provider, certain delivery, bounce, complaint, suppression, security or transactional information may be processed by that provider.
LAKSIDDH will handle information under its control in accordance with applicable deletion requirements and its retention obligations.
10. Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period and will communicate with you if additional information or verification is required.
The actual completion time may depend on the nature of the request, applicable law, system architecture and third-party processing.
