5. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies and requirements of the relevant domain registry, registrar and applicable dispute-resolution procedures.

Registration of a domain does not guarantee permanent ownership. Domain availability, renewal, transfer, suspension and deletion are subject to applicable registry and registrar rules.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain registration information and maintaining required contact details.

6. Payments and Billing

Fees for services are displayed or communicated through the applicable ordering process, quotation or service agreement.

Customers retain ownership of content they lawfully submit to LAKSIDDH services, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise provide the requested service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights or these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services
